ABOUT LIBERATION POWER MINISTRIES – ENDTIME JESUS ARMY (EJAFORCE)
Liberation Power Ministries – End-time Jesus Army (EJAFORCE) was founded on the 24th of November, 1996.
This is a church whose primary assignment is Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare. Our vision and mandate is to proclaim liberty to the captives through effective, fervent prayers and dynamic preaching of the word of God – the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We believe in full Salvation – total freedom from sin and its consequences and total victory over the devil and his kingdom as in Acts 26:18. “To Open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light and from the Power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me – Christ”
Those who are converted through the Gospel are taught to remain in the Lord, in Fellowship with the brethren and baptized in water as commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ.
This ministry kicked off on Sunday, the 24th of November, 1996 in an empty classroom of a primary school in the mile 3 Area of Port Harcourt in Rivers State with 66 person including children that were a majority – with Power.
We worshipped in that classroom for about 10 months and moved out to a temporary site that we got on lease. We are now in our own land and in our Cathedral that can take up to 8,000 worshippers at No. 92 Elioparanwo Road, Mile 4 in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area in Port Harcourt. We are presently and prayerfully pursing that number through our various and diverse programmes
OUR PROGRAMMES
Our Programmes are diverse and are all geared to enable us achieve our goals
SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE
We gather every Sunday for a worship service. This service starts with a Sunday school session and move into the main worship session that involves aggressive Prayers, dynamic Praise/worship, powerful testimonies with Spirit inspired Sermon at the end of which the man of God Ministers to the worshippers with Power. It has always been awesome.
BIBLE STUDY
We hold a weekly Bible Study at the Headquarters Church every Tuesday where we teach the brethren the word of God, the whole counsel of God to the word of God, the whole counsel of God to enable them know the truth and grow in Grace.
HOLY GHOST FESTIVAL
This is our weekly miracle that aims to deal with the Spiritual and Physical challenges of the brethren. It has been miracle service indeed.
FREEDOM MATERNITY
This is a special programme held weekly for the fruit of the womb. It is for those who are already pregnant and for those who are yet to take in, that is those believing God to become Joyful mothers and Fathers of Children.
The results from this weekly Programme has been awesome. This has led to people from far and near in Port Harcourt and outside the state to courage at Liberation Power Ministries. Once every month, that is on Wednesdays for divine intervention for the fruit of the womb
PRAYER NETWORK
Liberation Power Ministries runs special weekly Programme called Prayer Network. This is a home Cell or house fellowship mainly from brethren to pray. We intend to take control of our environments through Prayer Warfare.
Our prayer network is spread throughout the city of Port Harcourt where our brethren live. It is a powerful programme.
ALL-NIGHT PRAYERS
Liberation Power ministries holds all-night Prayer Programmes from time to time, especially the last Fridays of the month. It has been nights to pursue, overtake and recover everything the enemies has stolen from us.
WEEKLY TELEVISION PROGRAMME
The church runs a weekly TV programme to reach out to those within and outside Rivers State where we base. Our weekly TV Programme is aired through Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in Port Harcourt.
It is a Power programme to reach the people and meet their needs right in the comfort of their homes and it has given rise to powerful testimonies
WEEKLY DELIVERANCE PROGRAMME
This church holds a special deliverance programme, 3 days a week: Sunday after service, Mondays and Tuesdays in the morning from 9am. during this deliverance programme, yokes are broken, curses are broken and neutralized, sicknesses are taken away, doors are opened, etc. This is a programme specially handled by the deliverance team who are trained and equipped with power for service. This programme draws the attention of people from all walks of life from far and near.
The General overseer/founding pastor of liberation Power Ministries, Endtime Jesus Army-EJAFORCE is General Stephen Ebimene Odede. He was born Isampou in Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State on the 15th of December 1955. He has an HND in fisheries from the federal fisheries school Lagos state, NIgeria.
He is married to Rev. Dr Scholar Chika Odede, who was born in Eziama Orodo in mbaitoli Local Government of Imo state. They are blessed with four (4) children, Faith, Precious, Gracious and Deborah.
General Odede Stephen is a spiritual warfare strategist, a grassroot deliverance minister, a seasoned Bible teacher with special anointing to set the captives free. He is the host of the weekly tv programme on NTA called “EJAFORCE TIME” which reaches out to the needs of thousands of viewers and listeners.
General Odede Stephen is a prolific writer who has written and published a number of books on spiritual warfare and deliverance. You can get his books and video/audio CD’s from the church and other bookshops
Liberation Power Ministries, Endtime Jesus Army has opened branches in Nigeria and other countries. Liberation Ministries has branches in Delta State, Akwa Ibom State, Bayelsa State, Rivers State and the Republic of Cameroon with Powerful and dynamic Ministers incharge of those branches
